Refund policy

Returns

You're welcome to return any item you don't like. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, in its original packaging. You must return the unwanted merchandise to us using the same shipping method and protection that it was shipped to you with, and the merchandise must be in the same condition when we receive it as it was in when it left our warehouse. No refund will be issued for items returned in damaged or used condition. Neither original shipping cost nor return shipping will be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us via the CONTACT link in the menu bar at the top of each page. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

In the interest of a maintaining a positive customer experience, we endeavor to ship orders in as timely a fashion as possible. We ship most orders the same day they were received and, in many cases, begin preparing shipments for dispatch within minutes of receiving the order. With that in mind, we are unable to cancel or modify any order once it has been placed. If you decide later that you don't want all or part of any order, you are welcome to return it subject to the return policy outlined above. 

Damages and issues

We inspect all models for damage prior to shipment; however, GeminiJets are delicate precision models and, unfortunately, damage can occur during shipping from time to time. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We ship directly to the U.S. and Canada. If you used a freight forwarder to export goods to other countries, your forwarder is now considered the shipper and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for lost or damaged items that you or your freight forwarder exported.
